Mermaid Bathroom
Concept Statement
This bathroom will be a getaway for the homeowners two young girls. Lighting will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment. Delicate features will be brought in with natural materials while soft colors will create a peaceful oasis. The space needs to be easily elevated as the girls age to create a future sophisticated spa like feel.

Concept Statement
This en suite will be a masculine escape. Dark moody greys will be balanced with greenery and natural wood tones. Due to the lack of windows lighting will be added to create dramatic effects. Straight long lines will lead the eyes to focal points in the space.

Concept Statement
This space will be transformed to give the homeowner the space they need for storage. It must also be functional and allow them to keep their household chores in a confined area. The area will be designed so that it is clutter free and shades of blue will encourage productive cleaning sessions. Enclosing the space will reduce the sound of the washing machine in the clients flex area. Changing the Exterior door to a glass panel door will help bring natural light into the space while a pocket door with a mirror will help the flex area become a useable space.
